Process & Background Checks

Volunteers are essential to the success of the Boys & Girls Club programs. Here's how you can become a volunteer:

STEP 1:

Carefully consider you interest and commitment to working with youth in the community.

STEP 2:

The application form is available on the webitse for you to print and complete, simply call or come to one of the afterschool program locations to pick up and fill out the volunteer application form. Make sure you have your driver's lisence or school ID with you, you will need it.

STEP 3:

Return the completed form to the Franklin Center address. The aplication will be processed and a full backgroud check will take place.

STEP 4:

A BGC staff member will notify you of your volunteer acceptance.

Did You Know?

To ensure the safety of the youth and families who take part in our programs, the BGC of Fond du lac performs a full background check on all staff and volunteers before they begin service.

Upcoming Events

March 29, 2010 - April 2, 2010 | Chegwin, Pier & Riverside Closed

Chegwin, Pier and Riverside afterschool locations will be closed for the half day of school. The Franklin Center will be open from 9:00-5:00 for all K/5 members and 10:00-4:00 pm for teens. K/5 members must call ahead to sign their kids up for non-school days, so contact Karissa at 920-924-0530 to register.
