21st Century Learning Center Membership Form

The 21st Century Learning Centers are afterschool programs designed to provide homework help and enrichment programming to youth in Kindergarden through 5th grade.

Participation in the afterschool program has shown steady academic improvement for the majority of youth who attend programming on a regular basis.
